Life is a twisty bumpy turney twisty road, and I LOVE IT! Everything is coming at me these days 900 miles an hour... between work, spring mysteries, dog training (boyfriend training... haha) and my birthday month (yes, I have a birthday month... not a birthDAY, but a whole month where I deserve praise and love and presents every day!) I should be exhausted, and I am, but life is good. Spent a very lovely evening going over lines with a lovely friend, many laughs as well as a mutual understanding were had... it was nice. Nothing like pizza, beer and crazy goddess talk!
The dogs are doing well today. Dr. Dog seems to be feeling a bit more secure these days... lots of doggie massage and pressure points... trying to help him feel comfortable. We will be going back to day care on monday, and I really want him to start to feel better around the other dogs. Baby steps, thats the only way this will work. I am commited to this, and hopefully in the long run, all the hard work will pay off for all of us!
Today on the bus, I had the greatest experience... I must first explain that I am a HUGE Doctor Who fan... like seriously, I LOVE THAT SHOW! And, for those of you who understand, you will think the fallowing is quite funny, for those who don't... well, you should watch the show.... So, as it goes, I was on the bus after a very LONG ten hour day at work. I was a bit grumpy, and very very sleepy. I had just turned my ringer back on my phone, as I do after the work day is done. Well, my phone rang (as it does a million times a day!), and my ring tone is the Doctor Who theme song. (and I will have you know, my phone is set to HOLY COW LOUD!!!) Suddenly my bus drivers voice is on the loud speaker "Bow ties are cool" he says to the whole bus... nothing could have made my day any better... unless of course he would have said "Don't even blink, you blink you die"... cause I"m a David Tennant kind of gal.
A wise man once said to me "You never forget your first Doctor".

Damn, I wish I could have been on the bus to hear that!
ReplyDeleteSounds like a VERY wise man . . . Bus Ride WIN!
